Position relates to all global markets outside of the US/Canada • Account Management: Manage and coordinate global Account Management teams. Direct involvement with Key Accounts and other strategic clients and partners. Hire, retain and assign roles and responsibilities to these teams. • Sales: Manage and coordinate global Sales teams: Directly negotiate key client acquisition. Coordinate and advise on client acquisition and business development opportunities across all markets. Influence and determine global sales strategy and commercial model and conditions. • Business Development: Involvement with and direct negotiation and facilitation of other business relationships with partners, distributors, and other third parties. Identify and facilitate the acquisition and management of these relationships. Drive business relationship expansion with existing clients and partners. Seek opportunities to drive revenue and traffic. Coordinate and attend industry conferences and events across the world. • Agent and Partner support: Facilitate and enable local-market agent relationships. Includes and has included, Acer, Sony, Gordon & Gotch, IBS and others. • Involvement with roll-out of new product launches, influence on internal product roadmap.
