As CEO of New Plymouth Airport since May 2021, I lead a dedicated team in managing daily operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations, ensuring the airport meets its financial and operational objectives. My role encompasses overseeing safety and security programs, recruiting and empowering staff, and implementing growth-oriented initiatives to position the airport as a leading regional hub. With over four years of leadership in aviation and infrastructure, I bring expertise in commercial aviation, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Previously managing major capital projects and long-term growth strategies at Nelson Airport, I am committed to driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional value to both the aviation industry and our community.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the airport, including air traffic control, ground handling, and passenger services. Develop and implement strategic plans for the airport, including growth plans, marketing plans, and financial plans. Ensure the airport meets its financial and operational goals. Represent the airport to the community and government stakeholders. Recruit and manage the airport team. Oversee the airport's safety and security program.

Leading all major capital projects including runway and apron redesign and development. Developing strategies to manage long term growth, producing master plans and working alongside CEO and board to implement strategies.
Overseeing all aspects of the operation of nelson Airport. Including regulatory compliance, safety, environmental and financial concerns. Managing all company owned assets including acting as the client representative during the construction of the new $40 million terminal building.
Working on behalf of EKAS (Emirates Airlines Airport Services) in a project which developed a new suite of airport customer management tools. Managed a team of people who oversaw the development and implementation of both new products and tools into a network of over 130 airports all over the world.
Managed on a rotating basis all the different airport aspects of the largest and busiest international airline operation in the world. Helped to lead a team of managers and supervisors to achieve safe and efficient operations.
