Product Manager with a mechanical & electronics engineering background and applied AI expertise. Currently leading the global Stibo STEP rollout and SAP S/4HANA migration at BSH Home Appliances for two major domains across five product divisions. Following my Master’s thesis in Machine Learning, I continue to sharpen my AI skills through hands-on projects and certifications. French-educated, trilingual (French, German, English) with 15+ years in demanding German industrial environments.
• Leading the MDM go-live (Stibo STEP + S/4HANA migration) for Finished Goods and Class & Characteristics domains across five major product divisions. • Leading architectural decisions and defining deliverables for three DevOps teams (20+ FTEs) while managing a multi-million euro budget. • Managing end-to-end data integration flows between SAP R/3, S/4HANA, Stibo STEP and Teamcenter, including downstream processes (MES, Finance, PIM, etc.).
• Orchestrated the greenfield implementation of Stibo STEP as the corporate MDM standard for Finished Goods and Class & Characteristics domains. • Designed and deployed complex data models, automated workflows and high-volume system integrations between SAP R/3, S/4HANA, Stibo STEP and Teamcenter. • Led a Scrum team of 10 developers, acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical execution.
• Developed a full-stack Python and C ML pipeline for real-time classification of laundry motion types using motor electrical signals in washing machines. • Designed end-to-end supervised learning models with advanced feature engineering and signal processing on time-series data.
• Engineered CAD models and performed FE simulations for large-scale steel industry equipments.
• Applied DMAIC methodologies to production data, resulting in a 50% reduction in rework and multi-million euro savings. • Partnered with IT to design real-time production quality tracking databases.
• Development of a new product line of timing belts in the R&D Dept. for the automotive industry • Vibration / structural analysis, tests and validation.
