Reporting to the CFO and managing a team composed of 8 people. In June 2003 I joined the Spanish health insurance leader Adeslas as Head of Management Control, responsible for drawing up, analysis of annual budgets and forecasting periods, and development of management information for the company’s committee and the board of directors. Additionally, during this period I worked on the development of the design and implementation of a new budgeting tool and a balanced scorecard. In 2005 I promoted to Manager (current position), moving to take responsibility for overseeing and managing the planning Group, the different tasks of reporting (economic, trade, budgetary and management) and analysis of business units. During 2010, following the merger of SegurCaixa Holding and Adeslas I assumed the Information Management Department, responsible for the generation of commercial and business information of the new merged company for the different management levels.
At this stage I participated as an auditor in the following fields: analysis procedures, accounting and property due diligence, concept development and profitability model, outputs to primary and secondary markets. Also I taught accounting and auditing standards courses. Within my tasks in Deloitte I was also involved in the planning of projects, selection and management of audit teams, conducting audit tests on significant accounting areas as well as holding the responsibility of the customer relationship.
Daily cash position control. Monitoring the implementation of banking economic conditions agreed with financial institutions.
