Prepare BIM execution plan, coordinate models by the digital platforme (BIM360), support the development of the BIM Design team : Designers, quantity surveyors, modelers... . Meanwhile, in my respective field: manage the implementation of medical equipment / sanitary in model 3D, optimize the BIM process via tools BIM (From room datas). Main projects : Construction of hospital, capacity 600 Beds, in Rabat - Construction of hospital, capacity 400 Beds, in Benguerir.
Prepare BIM execution plan, coordinate models by the digital platforme (BIM360), review construction drawings for apparent conflicts and slab/wall openings, manage weekly meetings with BIM teams for the synthesis, support the development of the BIM Design team through trainings and BIM reviews. Meanwhile, in my respective field (gas medical) : reviews contract documents of subcontractors and quality control on studies / action procedures in site building. Main project : Construction of hospital, capacity 400 Beds, in Abomey Calavi - certification EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies)
Prepare BIM models in according to the BIM execution plan (Georeferencing, families, templates, deliverables for production, etc.) - Coordinate models by Digital Platform (Autodesk BIM 360) - Review construction drawings for apparent conflicts and reporting – Manage the contents of parametric objects and the shared parameters - Provide technical support to BIM modelers. Main project : Extension of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University in Benguerir.
Technical assistance for a new construction of Hospital - 322 beds - In my respective field (HVAC – Plumbing / Fire Fighting and Medical gas), review drawings submitted by main contractor, provide solution options related designs, monitor and report work progress on the site building, test & assist commissioning of equipment. Meanwhile I attend biomedical equipments reviews to address problems that might develop with users in the course of their work or with the technical installation, give extensive advice to influence the customer's decision. Main project : Construction of a “green hosital” in Bouskoura, HEQ Certification
Short assigments for development cooperations in the field of efficiency energy and employment promotion. Meanwhile several opportunities to carry out conferences about the BIM in architecture / engineering schools in order to finalise my thesis and build a network of professionals.
Technical assistance for the construction of 16 hospitals in Morroco, 200 to 400 beds, program financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) : Manage construction plans, analyse the cost - the planning - the quality of work, set technical recommendations (functional design, MEP design, biomedical systems, HEQ approach …), ensure work progress of contractors / design offices / architects. Meanwhile, develop a hospital 's guide for developing countries with GIZ team, conduct workshops about procurement code or HVAC / Plumbing facilities / Medical Gas for public partners.
