An experienced Payroll Manager responsible for the preparation of wages for approximately 150 clients ranging in size from one to 250 employees.
Preparation of weekly, monthly, fortnightly and four-weekly payrolls for companies varying in size from one to 250 employees. Submission of Real Time Information (RTI) reports to HMRC depending on pay frequencies - Full Payment Submission (FPS) and Employer Payment Summary (EPS). Responsible for monthly CIS returns.
Responsible for implementation of a new payroll system which included inputting all staff members information, their pay rates and all associated data. Responsible for implementing departmental summaries of staff working hours. Oversaw the parallel run between new and old payroll systems.
Part of a team of five responsible for payment of in excess of 5,000 staff members working within education and leisure in Bridgend Local Authority, including teaching staff, support staff and leisure assistants.
