I am the Founder and Co-Owner of The Value Xchange, a sports, media and entertainment marketing agency that builds partnerships for our customers through the power of sports, entertainment and media that have an enduring and positive impact for the fans, sponsors and rights owners. I am an experienced, commercially driven director with a consistent and proven track record of growing profitable businesses from scratch. I founded Carat Sponsorship, Carat’s association marketing division, in 1999 and led its growth from a team of two people to fifty people, moving on to be Managing Director of MKTG. My core skills include; • Commercially driven; with vast experience negotiating with clients, media owners and rights holders • In depth knowledge of media, digital & sponsorship industries- over 30 years experience in a wide variety of roles • Entrepreneurial; seeking new opportunities and making them successful • Strategic; as Managing Director of MKTG UK shaping and influencing the agency strategy and translating it into actionable plans • Leadership and direction; inspiring and motivating people to deliver outstanding work with excellent commercial outcomes • Trusted and reliable; manage expectations and a “can-do” attitude • Diplomatic; experience of managing large teams and industry committees with multiple stakeholders

We help rights holders maximise the sponsorship revenues they can achieve from their properties by ensuring they focus on insight and understanding of the client need and how to pitch proposals in the language of a marketer. We also help them grow their owned audiences and realise the true value of these.
