Proactively plan the daily work flow of orders as required in advance of need. Analyze inventory shortages that exist for work selected. Plans, selects and releases orders for wave processing. Ensure the work flow in all areas in the warehouse, supporting areas when is needed. Inventory Supervisor: Ensure the inventory accuracy by managing associates to work with active inventory, reserve inventory and returned inventory; Manage the open locations for the waving process; Work with the damaged items and lost inventory, creating new cases when needed. Training Coordinator in the transferring of Swan Ganz Catheter production line from Puerto Rico to Dominican Republic. - Coordination of the manufacturing line trainings for upcoming trainers and operators, including scheduling, training materials usage planning and follow up the station availability for training (equipment and tooling) with the engineering team. - Supporting on the creation of the training assignment for operation and administrative roles in LMS. - On-boarding to new trainer and employees for the Swan Ganz manufacturing line. - Creation of the evaluation, monitoring methods, KPI’s and progress reports in excel files to measure the training effectiveness.

In charge of the operator 360 project, in which training material was created for operators, that is, manuals, monitoring formats, check formats and examinations based on four pillars of the 360 methodology of the plant that are safety, quality, process control and autonomous maintenance.
