Leads Site Planning, Project Management and Facilities Management functions globally (outside US). - Establish, lead and then mentor local service delivery teams across Asia, the Middle East and Europe - Develop and implement common tools and processes for site planning, project management and facilities management across Boeing’s international real estate portfolio - Establish RAAs and then evaluating the performance of Project Managers, Regional Site Planners and Facilities Managers - Facilitate and foster internal relationships with business partners in order to understand their needs and develop a consistent real estate strategy - Ensure successful site planning, project delivery and FM services are delivered to budget - Authorise project commencement and contract issuance, as well as ongoing performance monitoring - Foster close working relationship with business partners and service functions at all levels within the organisation (Business Support Managers, SM&P, IT, Security, Finance, Ethics, HR etc.)
