For me, the number one most important thing about my job is the people. Whether it be the customers, or my colleagues, I love connecting and problem solving with people across all cultures. I’m an experienced customer service and operations manager with a people-first approach and over 10+ years experience. I love working in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment, which is why I’ve been drawn to start-ups and the challenges they present across many areas, allowing me to grow a wide range of skills.
Currently I manage customer service efforts, day to day operations, as well as collections and debt recovery operations.
