I have been in the hospitality industry for 6 years, Striving to achieve the best i can, and developing my experience to achieve my goals in life. Firstly training at South Devon college at the same time getting work experience in front of house and kitchen from a number of different hotels & restaurants i.e the Queens hotel Newton Abbot, the TLH leisure resort Torquay, the Orestone manor hotel Torquay, the English international riviera centre, the Crab house cafe Weymouth, The Royal naval college Dartmouth. The past 5 years my service has been with the 132 bedroom AA 4* Richardson Grand Hotel Torquay, starting off working in the lounge then given the trainee manager opportunity to work in each department gaining experience. After that i then left the Grand to purchase a number of rental properties in torbay and newton abbot which have been successful. I also am Director of Chas & Dave's Ltd.

After working in the Lounge bar for two years serving food and drink working all types of different functions from weddings, birthdays to big conference dinners, i was given the opportunity by the general manager Richard Proctor to go on a trainee manager program learning each department in the hotel. i primarily now work with the restaurant manager.
Serving food and drinks to residents and non-residents ensuring high standards were constantly maintained.
