The mission of Baseball Factory and Factory Athletics is to help youth baseball players with their development and training, as well as with their college recruiting effort by providing honest evaluations, video, and recruiting tools and information. My primary responsibility is to sell and service our programming to our families. In the 25+ years that I have worked at Baseball Factory / Factory Athletics, I have provided service to thousands of players and their families from every state and multiple countries, while also managing and leading within the company. I have also spoken at hundreds of Baseball Factory events in front of audiences ranging up to 300+ people. In addition to sales, service, and managing, in recent years I have been heavily involved in the successful growth and expansion of a couple of divisions in the company.
