David Packer is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MED-EL, Inc. Mr. Packer has led the firm since its founding in 1995, keeping client/customer relationship in his business and innovation at the forefront of his leadership. Mr. Packer leads the Global Executive Committee, which sets the strategic direction of the Company and works across businesses to ensure BlackRock is prepared to solve for our client’s most business challenges. Mr. Packer is frequently sought after by government, hospitals, laboratories and some of the world’s largest medical organizations for medical and dental imaging equipment to meet the up-to-date medical challenges around the globe. Prior to founding MED-EL in 1995, Mr. Packer was a member of the Medlab Committee and contributed immensely to the growth and development of the organization.
