Distribution Center Management and Tender: Collaborated on international tenders for distribution centers in Singapore and Nürnberg involved in demand planning, conducting process and forecast analyses, identifying process improvements, evaluating space and workforce requirements. Supporting day-to-day warehouse management activities. Automation & Innovation: Contributed to the implementation of automation solutions such as Digital Twin, Depalletizer, Robotic Commissioning, Automated Packaging. Data Analysis: Designed live KPI Dashboards in Celonis and performed logistics data analysis with SAP and Qlik. Developed an automated analysis of packaging material volume with KNIME software. Sustainability: Conducted CO2 and energy emission analyses and supported ESG aligned logistics improvements.
Tender Management: Conducted 3PL tender preparation for the operation of a distribution center, including process mapping, time-, workforce-, and cost analysis. Evaluation of tender submissions until the selection of a suitable provider. Process Automation: Mapped Material Flows for the implementation of a new conveyor technology in a distribution center. Conducted bottleneck, process, system load and cost analyses. Supported the project through the selection of potential vendors and initial testing phases.
