With over 5 years of experience handling the roller coaster known as Customer Relations and Services in a business environment, I am well educated on the hardships and pleasures in maintaining a business relationship. I have a positive-optimistic work ethic that handles high stress situations with the same understanding; empathy. I am goal orient, time efficient, and I enjoy problem solving. I am fluent in Vietnamese and English. And Computer Technology. I took the initiative a few years ago to educate myself in PC's and PC software. After meeting the standard quotient of what understanding PC's and PC software is--I continued my education further with electrical hardware and soldering, software programming, (Javascript, Python, HTML, etc.) OS interfaces (Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux, Apple's OS X, Chrome, etc.), Mal-ware removal (without a third party application), DOS (Disc Operating System) routing, networking, and more. I use both Microsoft's Office Suites and Adobe's Creative Suites on a weekly basis and I am currently pursuing a Bachelors in Computer Science at University of Washington.
