Affinitized and prioritized 103 total pain points, conducted Root Cause Analysis, generated more than 30 key solutions for improvement, and created a harmonized Future State Process map. Collaborated with J&J IT division to design globally accessible portal with a system for product donations. Identified key system capabilities required to realize maximum process improvements. Created documentation templates and ideal user interfaces to be built into system.
