I've had the joy of setting up, running and lead people in a variety of purpose driven organisations. But more than just build organisations, I'm motivated in working with others, encouraging personal growth and building relationships with those around us. We're all a work in progress with much to learn, myself included. But whether it's in a for-purpose organisation and housing developments or through personal coaching and individual growth, I get excited to help people flourish by unlocking their potential. It's an incredible joy to set up individuals and, as a result, their organisations and communities to be everything they can be.
The Home Foundation has a vision to see a just housing system where quality homes enable flourishing communities. We believe that homelessness is not just the lack of access to a roof to sleep under. But more fundamentally it's a lack of belonging, of security and stability. It challenges the way we think about homes and the part we can play in helping people flourish in their lives. The Home Foundation is not the answer to the problem, but we are part of the answer. We're motivated to work with other organisations, many of whom have been working in this space a lot longer than us. We've worked with a range of public and private sector organisations on data driven and pioneering activities, interventions, and strategies to address the causes and symptoms of homelessness. We seek to enable and empower many organisations to provide secure, healthy and affordable housing for all.
Home Construction is a national construction company with a mission of social good. It undertakes projects which build strong and resilient communities. It does this through building social and affordable housing, community buildings and facilities, aged care facilities and any project which builds the necessary infrastructure to let families and communities flourish and thrive. Its commercial returns are invested back into these projects and other organisations which also focus on building strong families and communities.

The Kaiārahi Trust was launched in March 2020, focused on empowering generous Kiwi individuals and businesses. Kaiarahi in the Maori language means “Navigator” or “Coach” and the Trust was established to help donors navigate what can be an isolating journey. Financial or legal advisers are welcomed to support their charitably-minded clients as they consider the advantages of a donor-advised fund.
Ready Think Go was started for the purpose of coaching, consulting and conducting research. The goal is to help people move forward and unlock their potential. It's our hope to serve those around us by equipping them with the thought they need to move from 'Ready' to 'Go'. Often this is achieved by simply changing the way we think or approach any given challenge. We provide this by offering unique perspective through individual coaching, researched solutions or at an organisational level through experienced business consulting practises and frameworks. Ready Think Go has developed and released online courses which combine Artificial Intelligence and proven coaching methods to make personalised coaching experiences more available and affordable.
