• Technical support to end users, preventive and corrective maintenance of PC´s, servers, switches, telephone switch, firewall, routers and modems. • Extensions configuration on the switch and to the node of each user, assigning permissions for each extension output by hierarchy level, reporting of all calls from each extension to management, key mapping telephone for outgoing calls. Configuration of SAP business one Server, Compaq Server, Web Server, Domain server, antivirus server, WATERS Server, remote connection server, Storage Server and telephone Server. Configuration of the active directory, new accounts, access permissions to specific folders, restriction policies in PC´s. • Configuring the switches for navigation through VLAN's, Modems configuration and routing for Internet access, firewall configuration and management to define navigation permissions, control access to web pages, control ports, routings public and private IP's
