I build revenue where there isn't any yet. Over 25 years in enterprise technology, I've made a career of joining early-stage or broken commercial operations and turning them into something real. At Redis, Couchbase, and H2O.ai I took on regions with little or no revenue base and built them into material contributors to the global business — each time from scratch, each time with a repeatable approach to ICP definition, pipeline architecture, and full-cycle commercial execution. My sweet spot is technical platforms with complex buyers. I've spent most of my career selling AI, data infrastructure, and developer platforms to FSI, Telco, and enterprise verticals — building relationships at Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Barclays, Nomura, Bank of Ireland, and EDF Trading along the way. I'm comfortable in the room with data scientists, engineering leads, and C-suite simultaneously, and I know how to translate capability into commercial value without losing the technical credibility. I'm currently Chief Growth Officer at Quad Agentic Systems, where I'm building the commercial motion from zero.
