Monitor high-value shipments in accordance with pre-defined service level agreements using the Sensiguard tracking software platform
Phone or email communication with clients Deepen of financial literacy Keep a customer database up to date
Provide 1st & 2nd line help-desk & trouble-shooting service for Central Europe Incident resolution via phone & service desk Maintain effective working relationships with other support teams, other Head Office areas and external service providers. Technical background (Panasonic - TV, Audio/Video, Big white, Phones, Cameras/camcorders).
