In my past position, I directed four national account managers in sales and business development activities for a line of spices, breadings, batters, croutons, and sauces across half the country. Together, we cultivate business opportunities with the top 100 chains in the foodservice and retail processing segment. I lead sales trainings to help our sales staff enhance product knowledge and expand skills. For Grecian Delight Foods, I led national account development for an emerging chain segment. To help create additional demand for the company's products, I generated custom recipes and new menu ideation. I designed custom market and sales strategies to promote growth in the airline, military, and hotel segments and negotiated contracts with large chain customers and LLO emerging chains. To help ensure profitable revenue, I conducted margin analysis and built and managed sales budgets. My accomplishments in this position include: * Growing the business from the ground up, generating $3.9M in the first 18 months. * Securing seven new customers in the first year. * Achieving 21 product placements in my first 18 months. * Earning the Presidents Club award for making the Million Dollar Club in sales.
