Leading full design management across RIBA Stages 2–4 for a landmark 125-key luxury resort atop Al Ula’s mountain range. Acting as Project Management Consultant (PMC) through design, construction, and supervision phases. Managing highly complex terrain-driven development challenges, coordinating designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure constructability, cost control, and programme compliance.
Directing a mega project of 15 hotels (2 to 5-star), ranging from 20 stories with 150-500 rooms each (Project Value: SAR 15B) Overseeing development planning whilst executing stakeholder engagement and integrated infrastructure solutions
Directed a mega mixed-use hospitality development comprising 15 hotels, each up to 20 storeys, averaging 300 keys, with integrated resort facilities. Led full programme development, overseeing consultant teams and main contractors. Managed senior stakeholder engagement, governance, and programme-level risk control for one of Saudi Arabia’s largest hospitality developments.
