Led & managed the Group Office Rewards & Benefits Team to support a population of 1000 HQ employees mostly based in Hong Kong. My role was half CoE and half delivery ensuring HRBPs & business were advised on HR/employee matters. The team was also tasked to implement HR/rewards solutions in support of Group initiatives (e.g. Workday), as well as managing end to end R&B processes in Workday/R&B daily operations for Group Office including documentation, marketing & employee communications.
