I’m HR Professional with an Engineering background, with a unique experience of Organization Development and Industrial Relations. My efforts are aimed at impacting the three key metrics – Performance, Engagement and Retention. Adding value to the business is what gives me an adrenaline rush. Ensure objective reviews, which enables employee satisfaction. Enables organizational growth through HiPO programs, which also leads to retention of key talent. Responsible for the perspective planning exercise for HR, and Employee Engagement - Survey, Analytics & Action Plan.
Responsible for the HR Operations of press across Uttar Pradesh & Uttarkhand.Handling GETs program across PAN India. HR Operations include - Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Training, PMS, Renewal of Manpower Contracts, Budgets - Manpower & OPEX, monitoring the salary budgets, Employee Engagement & Welfare, Oversee the compliance... etc
