Hospitality refers to the relationship between a guest and a host, wherein the host receives the guest with goodwill, including the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. As a kid growing up in a six bedroom Bed & Breakfast, hospitality has always been in my blood, and who better to learn from then an Irish Mother!! From Housekeeping to kitchen, from Bar to Restaurant, from M&E to Reception I've done it all over the last 20+ years and loved every minute of it.... even those long long shifts that hotels are renowned for! My role now is to enhance the product of our Jurys Inn Brand and in doing so hopefully inspiring some to enter the hospitality trade
