In 12 months since delivery of first strategic initiative, new application was adopted (or is currently undergoing adoption) by all 40 clients. * Challenged stakeholders (management, Sales, Implementation, and clients) on the necessity and form of high priority feature requests. Convinced stakeholders to simplify a complex, 12+ person-month requirements estimate to core product capabilities that were delivered to and used by clients in under 4 months. *Added core product competencies of straight-through, and exceptions based processing. Consolidated functionality across multiple applications into a single interface, automating multiple manual processes into a single workflow. For largest client, this resulted in an average reduction from 10 to 7 person-hours to process 400 daily collateral transactions (roughly 95 person-days per annum in savings). * Drove simple, inexpensive ways to incorporate new products to existing architecture. In four months, released functionality capable of capturing previously unmonitored daily loan exposure worth $100 billion for largest client.
* On-site implementation manager and subject matter expert for new platform integration and legacy data migration for multiple clients. Consulted to clients in defining target operating model and migration strategy. * Frequent management level demonstrations for existing customers as well as potential sales leads. * Consulted to Sales on sales strategies, overall messaging and positioning, as well as contract negotiations. * Directed elements of Engineering, and QA to engage high priority client side production support issues.
