As manager I lead a team working with Demand and Master Planning, Production Planning and Operative Purhase. I am responsible for the S&OP process and do work also as Demand Planner in this process. As solution owner for IFS Cloud together with a few other persons i lead governance and development of the businees system. I also had a central role in our implementation project into IFS Cloud during 2023/2024 and the afterwords system changes needed in the acquisition Evergreen Garden Care made of Econova. The role also includes participation in different business development projects mainly within Supply Chain, System-processes. Also data analysis and development of reports and KPI´s.
Project Manager within Logistics Development.
The role included Supply Chain Analysis, Supply Chain Design & Project Management. One of my main project assignments was to increase the flow efficiency from customer order to fulfillment, by increased visualization, collaboration and alignment between the functions in the supply chain, and by leading execution activities.
As Manager for Dimensioning & Planning I was responsible for a group of ~10 people working as Master Planner/Supply Developer. I established a competence center with logistic engineers into a holistic focus, not sub-optimizing parts regarding dimensioning and supply flows. This gave result both in regards to delivery performance and capital tied.
As Master Planner/Supply Developer I had the responsibility for master planning and dimensioning of material on a specific product family. I also led, and was involved, in development projects within production logistics, as lead time reductions, order visualization, dimensioning tool for staffing production, more efficient statistical reports and buffer dimensioning principles.
As Performance Manager I led improvements on related delivery key measurements. I also developed measurements to match the Supply Strategy. Another part was to lead the team of ~15 Order Handlers as back-up and support for the Manager.
