Currently teaching an ongoing eight-week cleaning business training class at Eastside Financial Center (Lutheran Social Service) in association with EFC and Goodwill-Easter Seals. This program was preceded by training about two dozen acquaintances to set up their own cleaning businesses over many years and then turning my knowledge of cleaning business set-up into a set of instructional materials that are now the basis of my current training.
I tutor mostly working adults in writing at the Center for Academic Excellence at Metro.

Accreditation, awards, memberships: • Better Business Bureau A+ accreditation 2011 – present • City of St. Paul Distinguished Business Award 2002 for subcontracting jobs to social service agencies that employ people with disabilities. • Current member of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International and the Building Service Contractors Association International.
