Worked on the development and implementation of international brand experiences, exhibitions and large-scale activations across global markets. Led projects from artistic concept to final execution, managing the design and implementation of immersive exhibitions and events through spatial storytelling and experiential design while ensuring consistency across international touchpoints. As project manager, collaborated closely with external agencies, suppliers and internal departments (including VM, PR, Advertising, Social Media, Product and Logistics) to translate creative concepts into impactful brand experiences.
Supported the development and coordination of international exhibitions, events and brand activations across global markets. Contributed to the creation of visual guidelines, moodboards and creative concepts inspired by various collections to ensure consistency across the global brand image and international implementations. Worked on the visual translation of product collections into creative concepts and presentation materials supporting the overall brand universe.
Managed the development and implementation of exhibition booths and spatial installations for clients across industrial and technical sectors. This role provided strong foundations in project management, including budgeting, quotations, production coordination and technical follow-up from concept to final execution. Collaborated closely with suppliers, production teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation, technical feasibility and on-site delivery.
Managed the development and implementation of retail architecture and exhibition projects for luxury and multi-brand watch environments. Worked on the strategic development of retail concepts, exhibition booths and branded environments for major watch industry events including Baselworld and SIHH. Collaborated on innovative retail and exhibition spaces combining spatial design, brand identity and customer experience.
Worked within the Paris-based studio of award-winning French designer Guillaume Delvigne, designing furniture, objects and custom pieces for art galleries, private clients and mass-production projects. Contributed to the development of products from concept to production, including research, technical drawings, 3D renderings and production follow-up. Collaborated directly with clients, suppliers and manufacturers while supporting the creative development of the studio across multiple projects and international design collaborations.
