For the past 10 years I have been working a Senior Survey Draftsperson. I am competent in the production of As constructed Plans, Detail Survey Plan, Cadastral Plans (including Identification, Standard Format, Building Format and Volumetric Format) as well as Proposal plans, Contract Plans and Miscellaneous Plans as required. I have also been instrumental in the continuing development of Cad customisation through the use of Lisp programming and Spreadsheet integration to improve efficiency and accuracy of drafted plans. Prior to Survey Drafting I had worked in the Engineering industry for 24 years and have experience in structural and civil works. With 20 years of experience in marine structures, coastal protection, container and coal terminal and associated supporting works. Major areas of works that I have been associated with include Coal terminals, Container Terminal, Subdivisions, Retirement Villages, Domestic Dwellings, Survey. I have over 30 years of experience in the use of CAD programs, including an extensive knowledge and proficiency in 2d, 3d and BIM modelling, using Autocad, Bentley Structural, Microstation Triforma, Autoturn, 12d Model, Projectwise and Microsoft Office software. I have a competent knowledge of Tekla Structures and Revit Structural and Architectural and am able to adapt quickly to using new software packages;
