    I now run a task for the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISRA) at Beale Air Force Base Ca. As an Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Exploitation Cell (ISREC) Instructor at Beale AFB CA, I Provide near- and real-time intelligence support to airborne operations. I am responsible for all instruction within the ISREC mission qualification training (MQT) and I provide ISREC support to aircrews during their MQT and initial and mission qualification phases of technical and equipment training for all ISREC designated operators and ISREC ground support for aircrew MQT. In this capacity, I train forward deploying units ISR exploitation, sensor capabilities and employment, and specialize in the instruction of the Afghan culture and insurgent tactic, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) utilized in the area. During my tenure at USCENTCOM (August 2003 - November 2010), I produced analytical target materials used in both the real-world and future planning settings for both Target Developers and Current Operations Watch standers, providing in-depth imagery analysis supporting USCENTCOM and its Component Commands. I also worked as a Production Manager within the target development section monitoring production levels of four sections encompassing 35 personnel regarding deliberate planning requirements. My roles included inclusive process improvement, target management within the development cycle, and reporting production trends and statistical information directly to client leadership for use by senior policy makers.
