As a Partner and co-head of the Firm's E-Discovery and Information Governance Practice, David works with Fulbright's litigation group on e-discovery, information management, data privacy, international discovery and cyber-security matters. David focuses not only on tactical e-discovery issues in particular cases, but advises clients regarding strategic e-discovery portfolio management and data governance. David is an active member of the Sedona Conference and teaches "E-Discovery" at the University of Pennsylvania.
I am an intellectual property litigator as well as the founder of the Firm's Electronic Discovery and Data Management Task Force and counsel clients on the whole spectrum of e-discovery and record retention issues.
