David is a qualified executive coach and experienced leadership development facilitator, working as an associate coach and independent consultant, with leaders and organisations across the public sectors. Previously he was a senior manager at the National College for School Leadership, designing and delivering leadership development programmes for children's service and education leaders. He has designed and facilitated national leadership development projects for the NHS, Civil Service and local government focused on leadership, community partnership, multi-agency working, collaboration and leading change. I have a wide portfolio of coaching and facilitation experience with senior leaders and their teams. Prior to working at the National College, David led partnership projects with the CB1 Dept. for Education previously having spent 17 years as a director of a specialist international manufacturing company. David has a MA in Education Management, and is a accredited Executive Coach at Henley Management College and the International Coaching Association David set up Leadership + Innovation Ltd in 2011 to provide leadership development, OD project innovation development and senior leader coaching, focused on collaboration, partnership development and leading innovation and change.
