My area of expertise is in both Retail Banking (Personal & Commercial) as well as Credit Underwriting (Personal & Commercial). As a former International athlete, I always demonstrate a progressive focus by seeking opportunities and challenges in both my personal and business life. During my 23 years in Banking, I have become competent in all aspects of Business Relationship Management, Credit & Lending and Credit Management. I have made a transition from being a key team member to a team leader.
I play a crucial role in protecting the credit quality of the Groups assets by ensuring first line of defence units are aligned with risk appetite, credit policies and related procedures (across mortgages, consumer and SB&A).
My title was that of a dedicated Business Relationship Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of 400+ business customers.
