Management of the analysis, design and development of training solutions for 11 separate pipelines consisting of 13000 instructional hours.
Responsible for the QA in service support activities for the Hawk aircraft across the global fleet. Activities included; Factory Acceptance Testing with key suppliers, quality investigations, project bid activities and management of audit programmers.
Responsibilities included;the quality assurance of training materials covering design, development and delivery, maintenance of ISO certification, support to the design and development of a Part 147 aligned training system.
