Veteran’s Administration Medical Center Specialty Clinic Addition, Providence, RI • 42,000 sf clinical addition and infrastructure upgrade to existing facility. • Design Build partnership with local Construction Management Company. Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT • 10,000 sf Relocation and Renovation of Main Hospital Pharmacy King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • 1 Million sf Cancer and Liver Disease Center as part of multi-building expansion. • Partnership with local Architectural firm and hand-off after Design Development. Full time Construction Superintendent with Affiliated Construction Management Company on conversion of existing operating room into Catheterization Lab. Full time Construction Superintendent with Affiliated Construction Management Company for renovation of existing medical surgical space into 11-bed Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Maine Coast Memorial Hospital, Ellsworth, ME 26,000 square feet of additions and miscellaneous renovations to provide new dietary services, surgical suite, intensive care unit, and support services. Nevins Manor, Methuen, MA Renovation of three story brick masonry and stone trim building built in 1906 as elderly residence into 44 units of HUD financed elderly housing . Unique program focuses on realistic approach to elderly needs, maximizing flexibility for “aging in place” of residents, taking advantage of adjacency to services on site. Mayflower Place, West Yarmouth, MA Renovation and additions to existing one story 60 bed nursing home. Includes 4 one story additions for increasing area of dining room and activities room, along with new physical therapy room and 12 bed addition (72 Total Beds). Relocated nurses station and updated selected finishes. Quaboag Nursing Home, West Brookfield, MA Renovation and addition to existing 129 bed nursing home. Includes modification of 3 bed rooms into 2 bed rooms and modifications to 4 and 5 bed rooms into 3 bed rooms along with 41 bed addition for net increase of 12 beds (141 Total Beds). New entry area, and relocation of service and common functions. Update of all finishes throughout facility. Springside at Pittsfield, Pittsfield, MA Renovation and additions to existing one story 100 bed nursing home. Included modification of 3 bed rooms into 2 bed rooms along with 2 one story additions for net increase of 12 beds (129 Total Beds). Demolition and reconstruction of entry area, new physical therapy room, and laundry facilities. Update of all finishes throughout facility. Kennedy Lofts, Cambridge, MA Historic Renovation of former F. A. Kennedy Steam Bakery in Cambridge including new construction into 142 units of mixed income state subsidized housing. Navy Yard Plaza, Charlestown, MA Historic Renovation with new additions of four brick masonry and granite buildings (Buildings 33, 34, 38, 39) into over 200,000 square feet of office and retail use as part of Charlestown Navy Yard Urban Renewal district.
