Includes 4 one story additions for increasing area of dining room and activities room, along with new physical therapy room and 12 bed addition (72 Total Beds). Relocated nurses station and updated selected finishes. Quaboag Nursing Home, West Brookfield, MA Renovation and addition to existing 129 bed nursing home. Includes modification of 3 bed rooms into 2 bed rooms and modifications to 4 and 5 bed rooms into 3 bed rooms along with 41 bed addition for net increase of 12 beds (141 Total Beds). New entry area, and relocation of service and common functions. Update of all finishes throughout facility. Springside at Pittsfield, Pittsfield, MA Renovation and additions to existing one story 100 bed nursing home. Included modification of 3 bed rooms into 2 bed rooms along with 2 one story additions for net increase of 12 beds (129 Total Beds). Kennedy Lofts, Cambridge, MA Historic Renovation of former F. A. Kennedy Steam Bakery in Cambridge including new construction into 142 units of mixed income state subsidized housing. Navy Yard Plaza, Charlestown, MA Historic Renovation with new additions of four brick masonry and granite buildings (Buildings 33, 34, 38, 39) into over 200,000 square feet of office and retail use as part of Charlestown Navy Yard Urban Renewal district.
