Leading the delivery of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium, a landmark sports and entertainment venue in Riyadh designed to meet international football, major event, and premium spectator experience requirements. The stadium is designed to meet the standards of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and the Asian Football Confederation for international and club-level football. Key features include a retractable pitch, retractable roof, oculus door, giant screens, advanced venue infrastructure, and flexible event operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the full stadium delivery from pre-concept through design, construction, as-built documentation, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness. Establish the project strategy with the client and ensure alignment with the approved project execution plan. Provide senior leadership to multidisciplinary teams in a professional, inclusive, and performance-focused environment. Drive health, safety, wellbeing, quality, environmental performance, and responsible business standards. Manage budgets, commercial reporting, project controls, value engineering, risks, and corrective action plans. Chair senior project meetings and ensure clear communication, accurate records, and timely resolution of key issues. Maintain effective stakeholder engagement across the client, consultants, contractors, authorities, operators, and specialist parties. Oversee account administration, payment processes, debt management, and commercial matters in a timely and professional manner. Support strategic reporting, executive governance, procurement strategy, design coordination, construction delivery planning, and project performance reviews.
FIFA World Cup Stadium at Qatar Foundation Education City Project Site area is approximately 17 hectares. Qatar Foundation Stadium (QFS). The Stadium is designed and built to be able to host the FIFA 2022 World Cup. The Project includes the main Athletics and Football Stadium Building designed for a gross capacity a 44,650, Basement with Car park area of 11,500m2, the Shell & Core for Pavilion which covers an area of 34,000m2 as well as Hard and Soft scaping activities for External areas, Swimming pool pavilion including an Olympic pool, diving pool and separate training pool with 900 Spectator capacity. The Stadium shall be provided with a net capacity of 40,000 spectator seats, upon completion of 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament the stadium will be converted to a Legacy mode with a capacity of 25,000 Seats. The Aquatic Centre shall be provided with 900 spectator capacity seats, the training pool shall be equipped with a moveable bulkhead that shall be able to convert for competitive water polo. The 50-m competition pool, training pool and separate diving pool inclusive of associated all facilities and installations. The Multi-Purpose Sports Halls shall have 4,000 seats capable of staging different sporting events Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball and Handball.
