I enjoy working in situations that require me to look outside of the norm to come up with a solution. I thrive on interdepartmental projects and enjoy the collaboration between coworkers. Within the last four years of being with Derive, I have focused on the development and implementation of improved test procedures and reporting processes. My goal is to create procedures so that the department runs more efficiently and training can be seamless for new team members.
