• Collaborated with a national retailer to identify new vendors for store supplies, waste management, and distribution by developing multiple RFPs to evaluate potential partners on item/service offerings, pricing & SLA compliance. Vendor & SKU rationalization effort led to 10% in annual cost savings across retailer's operating expenses • Compared 80+ payer-provider contracts to a national health insurer's claims management platform (QNXT) to identify differences between Medicaid/Medicare fee schedule rates and service per diems that cause the MCO to overpay contracted providers
