Running the White Clarke Information Architecture team, creating and managing all documentation, training and knowledge collateral.
My responsibilities included: - Writing application documentation and help on a SaaS platform, aimed at a range of audiences, including business analysts, end users, IT support staff and application developers. - Supporting, training and working with development teams in the USA, India and the Netherlands, to ensure they worked smoothly with their writers to deliver great quality product. - Recruiting and training other authors, and editing their documentation to meet corporate and quality standards. - Transitioning documentation to a DITA environment.
Responsibilities: - Implementing new documentation systems and platforms - Creating documentation in a Web-based format for cloud delivery. - Delivery of all application documentation and online help. - Creating training materials and e-learning content. - Recruiting training and supervising other authors. - Working on high-level content such as marketing brochures
