> Established and led the Product practice (~20 product people) for a tier 1 retailer, enhancing overall maturity to improve quality and time to market. > Guided a key squad at a tier 1 energy supplier in developing their new mobile channel and migration strategy to reduce large scale operational risk. > Delivered a new revenue stream for a tier 1 retailer through first-party data paid media initiatives. > Created the Bound Product and Strategy practice to complement existing Technology and Design competencies through a focus on early validation of value.
> Built an enterprise-grade innovation pipeline: idea intake, criteria, experiment design, decision gates, and transition to rapid delivery that decreased speed to value by up 12 months. > Spearheaded the development of the Enterprise Data Platform, a cloud-first data architecture, that produced high-impact operational efficiency and traveller experience outcomes through predictive analytics. > Co-designed the business case for an enterprise-wide transformation program that delivered large-scale OPEX savings. > Founded and chaired an enterprise-wide Data Centre of Excellence to leverage data assets to find new business value and reduce risk in data quality.
> Led the consultation and development of the inaugural enterprise-wide technology roadmap to drive cost efficiency in technology investment. > Designed and developed service-oriented architecture for digital customer experience channels that decreased OPEX spend across digital channels and increased operational efficiency to manage digital content. > Created and facilitated an Architectural Council to provide centralised governance for all technology implementations to manage investment and technology risk of new projects.
> Delivered a new airport website that consolidated all operational, commercial, and corporate web properties into a single modern channel to reduce OPEX spend and increase digital security posture. > Developed the business case and implemented a pioneering chatbot channel that led to a six-figure reduction in cost to serve per year, while delivering a +90% CSAT score.
Led product discovery, development, and ongoing optimisation for two core commercial products in the events industry that added ongoing revenue to the business model. Delivered projects for clients including UK Gov, Red Bull, Monster Energy, Jaguar, Toyota, Tourism Ireland, and Under Armour.

Video production. - This involved coming up with concepts then shooting & editing them for the expedition music video (involving full group), various slideshows and comedy skits.
