Superintendent – construction for a new 35,000 sq. ft. One Life Fitness Center in KCP&L District. New construction for One Light Sales Condo Office and (KCCVA) – Kansas City Convention Center (new two story building). Renovations for MeMa’s and fine dining Makers Mark restaurants. • Responsibilities included managing & scheduling field personnel and subcontractors. • Processed all requests for RFI’s, change orders, etc. • Tracked all work done with proper task & cost codes daily. • Responsible for keeping construction progress in line with project schedule and OSHA standards.
