Key Achievements – Emirates Airlines: • Successfully designed the strategy leading to a reduction in operational cost, an improvement on operational KPI time lines, thereby improving customer service, vendor and contract management; ultimately leading to reduced commercial risks, spend optimization and savings. o Developed and implemented significant key savings strategies within the Group, including streamlining spend and consolidating product quantities, introducing and implementing improved commercial terms & conditions and through revaluating all contracts. • Sole sign off and approval on AED2.5 million for in-flight products. • Led a team of 5 employees to exceed all the business unit’s KPIs and cost saving targets through best practices in management including: recruitment, day-to-day guidance and supervision, performance appraisals, training, mentoring and coaching. • Provided subject matter expertise and drove all new products for Emirates, in the absence of a Product Development Team. • Successfully managed internal stakeholders at all levels, leading to seamless project approvals and buy in.

• As the President of FACE Card: o Revamped and rebranded the FACE card for Club members including a complete redesign of the card. o Planned and oversaw the logistics of printing and distribution of the card to 12,000 cabin crew to be completed within time scales of 2 months. o Restructured the volunteer committee structure, roles and job descriptions leading to greater productivity. o Analysed end user demographics, leading to effectively identifying and negotiating with partners. o Transformed and grew the programme’s reach and popularity, leading to the employment of 1 Full time employee.
