Researchers at the Department Organization of the IOP use behavioral experiments to explain human decision-making in environmental, healthcare, or organizational realms. As a research assistant, I wrote my PhD thesis of four scientific studies about understanding and promoting environmental behavior. With a teaching assignment, I was responsible for the Bachelor’s Course about “Sustainability in Organizations” in FS23 at the University of Bern. The course covered the following topics: - Fundamental environmental concepts (e.g., SDGs, Principles of UN Global Compact), Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Business Models/Strategies, Sustainable Reporting (e.g., GRI), Sustainable Human Resources Management, and Green Nudges. - Guest lecturers from IKEA, recircle, and WWF Switzerland. I have supervised 19 Master’s and 11 Bachelor's theses about pro-environmental behavior and human-AI interaction. After providing the initial idea of a thesis topic, I supported students in developing the topic, conducting and analyzing data. In the final stage, I evaluated and graded the thesis. As a Tutor, I assisted my professor, prepared lecture materials, and managed all group work for the Master level course "Advanced Organization I" and the seminar "Organizational Field Experiments“.
