Avaya legacy and VOIP management. Development of proprietary software to manage energy management systems - Alarm collation, SMS to on call engineers, Trend, Cylon, Satchwell, Invensys experience.
Permanent bases in Prestwick, Scotland and Belfast, NI before "floating" to any one of 50+ Europe-wide bases each week.
Apprentice electrician on sites, followed by management trainee position. Finally set up and oversight of new Facilities Management division, recruitment of staff, procurement, sub contractor management and acquiring new contracts. Responsible for contract managers, help desk and field engineers. Budgeting and production of management accounts to directors.
