These individuals provided support for a customer base of 300 direct customers and over 2,000 tertiary customers across Joint Base Lewis-McChord. -Vetted Talent Management of mid-level technical officers across five units, to include logistics and medical elements as well as the post Command Support Hospital. -Facilitated the rapid implementation of teleworking and virtual collaboration methods including Microsoft Teams CVR environment, Defense Collaboration Services and Global Video Services in order to support full operations during the COVID-19 outbreak while still following CDC guidelines and Washington State stay at home directives.
-Initiated and enabled communications and signal maintenance inspection standards which were implemented Korea-wide by both Eighth U.S. Army and U.S. Forces Korea command inspection and evaluation programs -Initiated and directed the slow and deliberate correction of signal maintenance and property tracking in the GCSS-Army program of record, correcting errors in over 15,000 pieces of signal equipment across four Brigade-sized elements over an area of operations the size of the State of Indiana. - Coordinated for a CECOM Communications Logistics Assessment Team inspection of 310 pieces of communications and DRASH command post equipment, resulting in future Depot-level maintenance of nearly half of the Division's inventory, the first such inspection of Korea-based Army units in the five year history of this Army program. - Provided oversight, directed and negotiated the Government Purchase Card and contract purchase, initiation and installation of over $800,000 worth of products, services and licenses essential to the transition of the Division Headquarters to Camp Humphreys over a three month period.
