President of Mount Waverley Cricket Club - one of the largest cricket Clubs in Victoria. Mount Waverley was established in 1906 and currently has over 30 teams and +350 players, including 4 veterans teams, 5 senior teams, 20+ junior boys and girls teams and a Milo program hosting 40+ new cricketers.
Management of the AFL's financial competitive balance policies including the Club funding and financial risk management, develop policy and manage compliance for football department expenditure limits (ie player salary cap, soft cap), develop and implement rules on player contracting and movement. Management of business performance consulting and support to the AFL Clubs. Oversight of the AFL's scheduling strategy for the AFL and AFLW competitions. Management of key commercial negotiations and transactions impacting the AFL and Clubs including CBA's, stadia deals and non-traditional revenue ventures. AFL nominee Director for Champion Data. AFL representative on the AFLPA's Agent Accreditation Board.
