My career has focused on the management and design of infrastructure projects for various governmental and private clients. I offer more than 25 years of senior level management and design experience, with some of the nation’s leading design firms. My management and design involvement has ranged from the project’s initial conceptual planning through its construction. My managerial experience includes developing the scope of work, negotiating contracts and fees, supervising the design team activities, contract administration, monitoring the project’s schedule and budget, and coordinating with the Owner and other agencies throughout the project’s duration. My engineering experience includes highway bridges (minor & major), foundation analysis & design, construction engineering consultation, water & wastewater facilities, retaining walls, drainage, hydraulic, containment & utility structures.
