Plan, coordinate, and execute all programs for campers and staff aged 6-17 at Camp Ockanickon, a boy’s overnight summer camp Assist in managing and supervising 50 staff and directly supervise 2 assistant program directors and 6 activity area directors. Create plans, frameworks, guides, and marketing materials for programs, staff, campers, and prospective families Collaborate with various stakeholders to utilize materials, staff, and budgets effectively
