HSE Manager - CB&I Energy Services and CB&I Offshore Services. Manage all aspects of HSE for the Fabrication Shop and the Offshore Group.
Ensure the safety of all employees by walking through the work site and interacting with them, answering questions and listening to thier concerns. I Perform Safety Meetings each week conveying the latest incident review and safety topics. I take part in routine management focused audits, perform inspections, JSA Audits, Critical Lift Reviews and provide myself to anyone or department who may need advice or need help with creating solutions. I also created an additional Safety Committee that is aimed directly at the Craft Person who works in production areas that knows and sees the areas of concerns or that need improvement. I am also given Special Projects to ensure they remain in line with Company Policy, Procedure and Best Practices through completion. I currently write Site Specific Work Instructions in accordance with our company procedures.
Responsible for ensuring employee safety for Special Projects and Outages and also Performing Field Safety Audits. Interacted with the Craft Supervision and Employees with questions and concerns in field operations. Sat as Chairman of the Employee Safety Committee.
